Achieve Your Greatness on the Golf Course.
We realize the path to playing college golf isn’t easy. It takes grit, determination and an incredible amount of work. For over 20 years, coaching junior golfers has been our passion. The hard work of our graduates is clear – GPC has helped 100+ athletes get to over 80 colleges and universities with multiple NCAA All-Americans, hundreds of junior golf wins from the AJGA, Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, Junior PGA, Future Collegiate Junior Tour, NY State Junior, CT Junior, Northeast Amateur, Planters, Walker Cup, USGA, US Kids Junior Tour and professional wins on PGA Tour Korn Ferry Tour, PGA Tour Canada, European, and PGA of America.
Our goal is to provide valued instruction, guidance and the necessary facilities to develop junior athletes both physically and mentally, to successfully navigate challenges on the journey to college golf. We do not believe there is one perfect swing, but that each individual has a unique swing based on personal movement.
Your Journey Begins Here.
The 5 Elements of Success
Ethan Allen Preparatory connects academics and golf by implementing The 5 Elements of Success into all aspects of our student's education. Our intention is for each student to understand the value of these principles and apply it on the course and in life. The bond between the principles taught at EAP and GPC is unmatched.
Our Coaching Philosophy
Our expert coaches develop a long-term plan for academic and athletic success while holding all student-athletes accountable to their development. Coaching programs are designed with an emphasis on fundamental movement skills, from beginner golfers to juniors aspiring to play competitively.
Coaching at GPC
Players train in practical situations that prepare them to play on the course. Every rep is accounted for as players know the importance of being present in each shot. Practice is fun with peer interaction, coach feedback, and competitive games.
vs. Traditional Instruction
A player strokes putts repeatedly from the same distance without routine. A player hits the ball repeatedly from the same distance with the same club. Practice doesn’t simulate the competitive pressures involved in play.
Player Development Index (PDI)
The PDI takes an objective look at key skill areas including putting, chipping, bunker play, shot making and physical skills in the moment. Hard data only, no guess work! The cornerstone of these Assessments are The Golf Performance Center’s 5 Elements of Success Principles – our belief that ‘function dictates form’, based on a golfer’s desire to improve, science-based coaching, physical performance and nutrition, mental development and the right equipment. With over 20 years of experience working with some of the best athletes in the world, The Golf Performance Center has discovered the link that makes the elite, elite. Understanding this method can unlock the code to better golf form leading to peak performance.
